These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of prescribernow.com and any related pages, forms, pharmacy search tools, or website features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by PrescriberNow (“PrescriberNow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Site Purpose

PrescriberNow helps participating pharmacies provide customers with a digital pathway to begin certain provider-reviewed prescription requests. The Site may describe pharmacy network participation, QR code routing, telehealth intake workflows, provider review, service categories, and pharmacy fulfillment pathways.

The Site is intended for general informational, business, and access-routing purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pharmacy counseling, emergency care, or a licensed provider’s clinical judgment.

2. No Medical Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptom, prescription, treatment decision, medication question, or care plan.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Do not use this Site, a contact form, pharmacy search tool, QR code, or telehealth intake pathway for emergency needs.

3. No Provider-Patient Relationship From Site Use

Using the Site, reading Site content, searching for a pharmacy, scanning a QR code, submitting a contact form, or requesting information does not create a provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, pharmacy-customer, fiduciary, or professional relationship with PrescriberNow, any pharmacy, or any provider.

A provider-patient relationship, if applicable, is formed only through the appropriate clinical process with a licensed provider or telehealth platform and subject to that provider’s or platform’s terms, consents, policies, and professional requirements.

4. Telehealth Intake and Prescription Requests

PrescriberNow may route users to a digital intake or third-party telehealth workflow. Completing an intake does not guarantee provider review, diagnosis, treatment, prescription approval, medication availability, insurance coverage, pricing, pharmacy fulfillment, or any particular outcome.

Any treatment decision is made by a licensed provider based on the information available to that provider and applicable professional standards. Prescriptions, when approved, are issued only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Pharmacies may decline or be unable to fill a prescription for reasons including inventory, legal restrictions, prescription validity, clinical concerns, insurance limitations, pricing, or operational requirements.

5. Pharmacy Network Information

Information about participating pharmacies, pharmacy search results, QR code routing, services, service categories, availability, location details, or fulfillment pathways may change at any time and may not always be complete, current, or error-free. PrescriberNow does not guarantee that any pharmacy will participate, remain available, carry a medication, accept a prescription, or provide a specific service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that information you submit through the Site or any linked workflow will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to misuse the Site or submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harmful information.

You are responsible for reviewing all information provided by any telehealth platform, provider, pharmacy, payment processor, or third-party service before using that service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, databases, forms, accounts, or connected systems
interfere with the operation, security, performance, or availability of the Site
introduce malware, viruses, scripts, bots, scraping tools, or harmful code
copy, harvest, scrape, or misuse pharmacy listings, contact information, content, or data from the Site
impersonate another person, pharmacy, provider, business, or organization
use the Site to submit emergency medical requests or urgent clinical communications
use Site content to make independent medical, medication, or treatment decisions without consulting a licensed professional

8. Third-Party Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party telehealth platforms, pharmacies, providers, maps, forms, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment processors, or other services. PrescriberNow does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their content, privacy practices, security, availability, fees, medical decisions, pharmacy operations, fulfillment practices, or legal compliance.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, consents, notices, and requirements.

9. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Site content may be changed, removed, suspended, or updated at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, layouts, design, code, trademarks, service marks, and other content, is owned by PrescriberNow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view Site content for personal, informational, or legitimate business inquiry purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, scrape, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrescriberNow and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and business partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to:

your access to or use of the Site
your inability to access or use the Site
reliance on Site content or pharmacy search information
telehealth intake routing, provider review, prescription decisions, pharmacy fulfillment, medication availability, pricing, insurance coverage, or service availability
errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, technical problems, security incidents, or data loss
third-party websites, platforms, providers, pharmacies, services, or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrescriberNow and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and business partners from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Site content, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
