Your routing QR is the engine. When a patient scans it, the intake opens pre-tagged to your store — so the prescription routes back to your counter, not a competitor's, not mail-order.

• Get it: Dashboard → Marketing → your QR (print-ready poster and bag-stuffer PDFs, personalized with your store name).
• Bag stuffers: drop one in every prescription bag. A store filling 200 scripts/day sends home ~70,000 branded invitations a year.
• Poster & tent card: print at any local print shop; post at the counter, drive-up window, and waiting area.

3. Your dashboard

Sign in at prescribernow.com/login with your account email. Your dashboard shows:

• Incoming queue — prescriptions routed to your store, newest first, with patient pickup status.
• Mark dispensed — closes the loop so patients get pickup notifications.
• Profile — hours, phone, services, insurances listed in the public directory. Keep these current; patients see them.
• Marketing — your QR, bag stuffers, posters, badge, and email template.
• My Website — opens your website builder (below).
• Billing — membership card on file, trial status, invoices.

4. Your website builder

Every membership includes a professional pharmacy website — built in minutes, hosted by us, no extra charge.

• Open it from Dashboard → My Website. Pick a style, load your store info, and publish.
• Everything is editable — drag any text, image, or button anywhere; the setup guide walks you through it step by step.
• Your site includes a telehealth button wired to your routing code and a contact form that emails you leads.
• Custom domain supported (yourpharmacy.com) — or use your included prescribernow.com/sites address.

Included with membership, personalized to your store, downloadable from your dashboard. Print locally — nothing to wait on.

• QR poster (8.5×11 print-ready PDF)
• Bag stuffer inserts (print-ready)
• Counter tent card (print-ready)
• Digital badge for your website, Google Business profile, and social bios
• Pre-written email to announce the service to your patient list

6. Team access

Owners can invite staff from the dashboard. Team members can work the queue and mark prescriptions dispensed; only the owner can touch billing. When someone leaves, deactivate them from the same screen — access ends immediately.

7. Billing & membership

• $49/month per location after a 14-day free trial. No charge today, cancel anytime.
• Card on file is managed by the owner in Dashboard → Billing (processed securely by Authorize.Net — we never store card numbers).
• Your confirmation always shows the exact date of the first charge before anything is billed.
• Multi-location owners: each store is its own membership; contact us about group arrangements.

8. What your staff says

That's the whole pitch. No selling, no medical claims — just pointing patients to the service when they need care and the doctor's office is closed.

9. Ground rules

• A prescription is never guaranteed. Never tell a patient "scan this and you'll get X" — the clinician decides. That independence is what makes the whole model legitimate.
• Patient choice. Patients always choose their pharmacy. Your QR makes you the easy choice; it never removes the choice.
• No controlled substances. The platform does not prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, or psychiatric medications — ever.
• Not exclusive. Your PBM contracts, wholesaler relationships, and referral sources are untouched. This is additive.
• Patient privacy. Handle PrescriberNow prescriptions under your existing HIPAA policies, like any other Rx.

11. Troubleshooting

• No fax received but dashboard shows an order — check your fax machine/paper, then call us; we can resend instantly.
• Patient at the counter, no order in queue — ask for their confirmation email/order reference and call us; we'll locate it while they wait.
• Can't sign in — use the password reset, or call and we'll send a one-tap sign-in link to the owner email.
• Card won't save — call 866-511-8337; we'll take care of it live.
• Wrong store info in the directory — fix it in Dashboard → Profile; changes appear within minutes.
