Behavioral Health

Support for anxiety, depression, sleep, and stress — without the wait.

Access to support for anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues, and other common behavioral-health needs, with appropriate clinical evaluation and treatment. We do not prescribe stimulants or any DEA-scheduled medication, and we treat common, stable concerns only — complex psychiatric illness needs in-person care.

$60 flat visit fee — every behavioral health visit, no insurance needed
$60 same flat fee for HealthPass members — behavioral health is excluded from the $30 member visit rate

What this visit can help with — and what it can't

A provider can evaluate and treat

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Stress, grief, burnout, and relationship strain
  • Sleep problems, anger, and coping or lifestyle-related behaviors
  • ADHD — non-stimulant medications only (e.g. atomoxetine-class treatments)
  • Refills of an existing non-controlled behavioral-health medication

Not offered through this program

  • No controlled substances, ever — no Adderall, Ritalin, Xanax, benzodiazepines, or any DEA-scheduled medication
  • No complex or severe psychiatric illness — this program covers common, stable behavioral-health concerns only. Anything more complex needs in-person psychiatric care
  • No therapy or counseling (individual, family, couples, or group)
  • No substance-use disorder treatment — the SAMHSA Helpline (1-800-662-4357) is free and confidential, 24/7
  • No psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis-of-record, or ongoing psychiatric management
  • No crisis or emergency care

How it works

1. Complete your intakeIncludes two short standardized check-ins your provider needs: the GAD-7 (anxiety) and PHQ-9 (depression) questionnaires.
2. A licensed provider reviewsYour provider evaluates your answers and scores, and follows up if they need more from you.
3. Medication when appropriateIf a non-controlled medication is medically appropriate, your prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose.
