Our commitment

PrescriberNow LLC ("PrescriberNow") is committed to making our website and software platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe healthcare technology should be available to everyone, regardless of how they access the web.

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities, and easier to use for everyone.

What we have done

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:

Known issues and ongoing remediation

We are not yet fully conformant with every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion. We are actively working on the following areas:

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation, and we incorporate accessibility into our release reviews.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or platform, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five (5) business days and to provide a resolution or remediation plan as soon as reasonably possible.
